At times it seems like half the drivers on the road are just cruising for a space. What if there was a way to guarantee parking for everyone who needs it? What if parking could be a benefit to the neighborhood, instead of a burden? Mark Chase will present innovative, market-based approaches to solving the parking dilemma that benefit everyone while reducing congestion.
